Lose your feathers but not your virtue. Friendship, separation, war and peace (Torino Spiritualità Event)
Thurshday 29th September | at 21.00 | Circolo dei lettori (Turin)| Sala Gioco | SVAMINI HAMSANANDA GHIRI
The Hitopadesa, literally translated as “Good teaching”, is a collection of stories in prose and aphorisms in poetry to fathom the human soul through animal figures that show the complexity of our feelings. Among the many metaphors that often border on sublime heights of lyricism, we find some of the highest teachings of the Hindu philosophical tradition, here accompanied by the melodies of the bansuri, the Indian flute. At the end of the appointment, those who wish can stop to take part in a 1 hour experiential demonstration of bansuri conducted by master Squillari.
